i dreamt i won the lottery last night. i split $500,000 with four or five other people. i remember the numbers exactly, but i know they can't be right 'cause you can't have 60 in the 6/49. i better buy a ticket, just in case. i mean, it is almost exactly a year since the last time i won.

i didn't get that far, but i was on my way to the lotto centre to get my cheque when i woke up.
Nice. Especially compared to my lifetime high of $80.
Of course we smart folk who should "know better" aren't buying for the slim chance at the jackpot, but for the fantasy that helps us get through the week. (Right? That and the chance at the jackpot.)
