if you know me...

read this. just a taste:

Extroverts have little or no grasp of introversion. They assume that company, especially their own, is always welcome. They cannot imagine why someone would need to be alone; indeed, they often take umbrage at the suggestion.

*Sob* so that's why you shun me!

you didn't read the whole article. =P

great article, thanks for posting the link heather.

I'm an introvert, and hate the way the world champions extroverts. If i wasn't so introverted I'd go out and do something about it...

The following was taken from the site you directed us to.

"Are introverts arrogant? Hardly. I suppose this common misconception has to do with our being more intelligent, more reflective, more independent, more level-headed, more refined, and more sensitive than extroverts."

Regardless of whether you are an introvert or extrovert, I can't see how anyone could possibly believe that your shyness has to do with your intelligence. Maybe if you are an extreme introvert and spend all your time studying you would be smarter that the average extrovert. But to say that an introvert is smarter simply because they are an introvert is plain ignorance.
