have you ever put on clothing that made you look completely different? that's me today. my new brown flare cords and brown short-sleeve mock turtleneck combined with my slightly battered burgundy docs and the long-lost black pleather car-coat have turned me into a manhattan yuppie wannabe. i even went so far as to pull my hair back entirely off my made-up face to eccentuate the semi-corporate image i'm cultivating. i feel like i need a power lunch or a status meeting to round out the package.
