spicy turkey meatloaf

ingredients: 14 oz canned tomato sauce 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp hot pepper (tobasco) sauce 2 egg whites (or 1 whole egg) 1 tsp pepper 1 lb ground turkey breast 1 medium onion, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cup oats 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese directions: - preheat oven to 350°. - spray loaf pan with cooking spray. - mix together tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, pepper and egg whites (before adding egg whites, reserve 4 oz of sauce mixture). - combine turkey, onion, garlic and oats in a large bowl. - add sauce/egg mix to meat mixture and combine well with hands. - press into pan, top with reserved tomato sauce and parmesan cheese. - bake for 60 to 70 minutes, until done. yield: 6-8 servings of 3 points each 10-12 servings of 2 points each
