Ha! Some magnesium is needed, it helps you absorb the calcuim. If you don't get the magnesium in it you'll just wind up constipated.

GNC sells a calcium supplement that has magnesium and potassium with it (in the same pill). All the Strong Girlie Bones stuff you need.
Wildly assuming you have GNC up there, obviously...
i ended up getting a calcium/magnesium/vitamin d chewable AND an essential fatty acid supplement. now i'm taking five fucking pills a day (multi, b-complex, ginko, cal-mag and omegas 3/6/9 (am & pm)). stupid.
not stupid. mindful.
